  6. Don’t use your mobile or tablet 30 minutes before going to bed

  7. Learn something new or spend more time on a hobby you enjoy

  8. Sleep between 7 and 9 hours every night

  9. Eat fruit and vegetables every day

  10. Take care of your mind and body and help others
